Simply return the Septic Genie and the Air Pump in their original UNOPENED boxes to:

You will receive a refund within 4 to 6 weeks. The refund will total the purchase price you paid (less a 15% restocking fee and any repair costs to restore Septic Genie unit to new condition). Septic Genie will provide documentation of damage. All costs of shipping are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
