Many homeowners find themselves stuck between a rock and a hard place when they realize that they have a problem and need to have septic tank repair. This is often because the problem doesn't show itself until it is advanced. A very common sign of problems is black sewage showing on your lawn. This is not only bad for your lawn, the environment, and your reputation with your neighbors if you don't fix it, but also many times has a horrendous smell. You may also notice an odor coming from some of your plumbing fixtures.
You can get a consultation, usually from a contractor, to find out what the problem is. If you have biomat build up, the contractor is more than likely going to suggest a drain field replacement. This is not only costly and time consuming in and of itself, but also very damaging to your property resulting in additional expense. You do have another choice. Our unique product, the Septic Genie, is easy to install and starts working right away. Septic tanks repair does not have to be that big of a problem anymore.
Septic repair will begin as soon as you have the Genie installed with the addition of our unique bacteria. These bacteria will live and reproduce in the
Septic Genie that is installed in your tank. Here they will also consume solids to improve the environment in the tank. They will then travel with the liquid to the drain field. Once there, they will begin to eat and digest the biomat that is causing the drainage problem. Once they start to work, they will eat enough of the biomat to open up the soil and allow liquid to drain as it originally did when it was new. In the soil, the liquid will receive its final treatment.
The Genie is made up of three components. You will get everything you need to complete the installation in your shipment. The only thing you will need to provide is some ½ inch PVC Sch 40 pipe, which will connect the Septic Genie that "sits" on the bottom of your tank to the air pump. There is a 40 watt linear air pump that plugs into a standard 110 watt outlet. A weatherproof container to house the air pump is available as an option. Last, is the bacteria inoculum. This is the initial bacteria colony that will start to work immediately. You will receive step by step instructions, with pictures, to keep you on track through the entire installation.
