Do you suspect that there is a problem with your septic drain field? If you smell an odor; this is one of the early signs. Maybe you are experiencing black sewage on your lawn. These situations should be addressed right away! The longer you wait, the harder the problem is to address. Don't worry, there is an option that does not require you to tear up your property and cost a small fortune. We have created a product, the
Septic Genie, specifically for homeowners.
We wanted to provide a solution that is more practical than anything else in the marketplace. With over 50 years of experience in the septic tank drain field business, we have worked with septic design, installation, maintenance, repairs and trouble shooting septic problems. We realized there needed to be a change because homeowners had no options. Historically, the only way to fix a failed drain field was by installing a new one. Homeowners were at the mercy of a contractor, with no support from the government in restricting what that contractor could charge.
The Genie does not use any chemicals and is an all natural process that is environmentally friendly. We have a unique group of bacteria that live and reproduce in the Genie that is installed in your septic tank and start to act right away. They begin in the tank where they digest any organic materials including; any human waste, oils, grease, toilet paper and more. A conventional system does not do this. Instead, a conventional system will settle solids to the bottom to form sludge and float solids to the top to form scum.
The next thing the bacteria does is travel to the drain field and the soil around the drain field where it starts eating and digesting the biomat that has built up over the years. Now your waste liquid will begin to be absorbed again. How long will this take? It depends on how clogged the septic drain field is and how long it has been that way. Some of our customers have seen results in as little as two weeks, while others took longer. You will receive the Genie pre-assembled. All you will need to do is provide some 1/2" PVC Schedule 40 pipe. The easy to follow instructions will be included in the package as well.
