Feel free to call us anytime, toll free at 1-877-994-3643. We "man" the phones during our regular office hours of Monday through Friday 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
This is the best way to communicate with us as we can discuss your own particular situation with you in detail and make our recommendations to you. In fact, according to a recent survey, 80% of our customers called before they purchased; 97% of these customers found our telephone support to be helpful and friendly.
Please leave a message if you are unable to talk with someone on your first try; after all we're only human and can't get to everyone right away even though we'd prefer it to be that way.
We try and return calls within 1-2 hours. It also helps to leave the best time for us to reach you and the time zone you're in. |

Our Business Philosophy |

We pride ourselves on our telephone support therefore please call us! It is often easier to discuss your situation over the phone than to go back and forth with email. We will not try and sell you a system just for the sake of it so you don't have to worry about a pushy "sales call".
We will give you honest, straightforward advice based on our 50+ years of experience in the septic industry. Take advantage of this even if it's just to verify what a septic contractor has been telling you; we do this all the time.
